But you're likely to run into another problem here: your visitor doesn't know how to capture a screenshot to send to you. In such circumstances, your best bet is to request that your visitor snap a screen capture of your website and email it to you. Furthermore, you do not want to disappoint and lose a possible customer. But what if the visitor doesn't comprehend your queries or is speaking in another language? You are now confronted with a genuine problem for which you do not have a ready-made solution. Your initial step should be to ask the site visitor in order to better grasp the situation. Or a website feature isn't displaying the page that it's supposed to. As a website master, you may receive complaints from customers claiming that there is a problem with your website and that they believe it has been infected with malware or a virus, or that it has been hacked. Taking a screenshot of a website by visitors, on the other hand, is a very different story. You may even be able to take a screen shot on your smartphone or tablet. ![]() Now you will have an image you can share.You should be able to capture a screen shot of the screen displayed on your computer if you are computer knowledgeable.Give the screenshot an easily understood name, take note of the save folder name, and then click the “Save” button.Right click anywhere on the page and select “Save picture as”.Click the note you just made from the Readng List.If you’re not sure, hover your mouse cursor over the button and it will display the button name on the screen.
